Our Story
Established in 2002, the Alcove Art Shop is a collective of local artists dedicated to creating and sharing unique, handmade pieces. We are a not-for-profit organisation located in the Box Hill Community Art Centre. Our mission is to bring inspiring art pieces to the public and support creative people in our community.

FEATURED ARTIST
CAROLE KERNOHAN
Carole Kernohan is an accomplished artist who produces work across a range of styles, mediums and techniques. This includes working with metal, glass and fabric. She is greatly inspired by the environment and her emotions, exploring both in her work. She creates limited ranges, making each piece a rare artwork. The skill, care and dedication that goes into each piece gives it a unique identity and story.
